For those whom don't have time to drive your 4wd wheel dive car to the north, we offer the possibility to fly to Murmansk or to our neighbour airports in Finland (Kuusamo, Rovaniemi or Ivalo) and we will pick you up or you can take the public bus to Kandalaksha or Murmansk. There your 4wd wheel drive car will be ready for you.

The UAZ is a real jeep, with manual 4-gear gearbox, transfer box for sparing front and rear wheels and with high and low gears, 2,8 litre gasoline 4-cylinder engine. Estimated fuel consumption: 13 ltr/100 km.

Accommodation will be a combination of hotels, a lumberjack guesthouse, a Saami sot house and in Pomor style small wooden houses. During the tour you can enjoy every evening nice traditional Russian dinners and Russian sauna (Banya).

The bus will be used as try-out by crossing rivers and for carrying additional luggage, tools for possible repairs and for participants which doesn’t own a 4wd wheel drive car but want to experience the "real deep" Kola Peninsula.
